Our CEO, Cristina Soler, participated in the Iberian Legal Summit Connecting Law Leaders from Spain and Portugal conference organised by Leaders League, as a moderator at the panel discussion “Commercial Litigation: Complexities” with the participation of Javier Mendieta Grande, Partner of Litigation of Allen & Overy, Cristina Alvarez, Head of Legal of CINTRA, Carolina Mouraz, Head of Litigation of TAP Air Portugal and José Carlos Soares Machado, Partner of Litigation and Arbitration of SRS Advogados.
In the said conference the speakers discussed the last trends in Commercial Litigation in Spain and Portugal, as well as the possibility to use Litigation Finance as the solution to the different complexities that may arise in this type of litigation.
